Pole Fitness

Pole fitness is a full body workout improving muscle tone, flexibility, coordination, posture as well as upper body and core strength. It is both resistance training and cardio in one.

 

Pole fitness is a combination of dance and gymnastic moves performed in a flowing, graceful routine.

 

Apart from the huge fun factor it’s been estimated that beginner pole fitness dancers can lose between 300 and 400 calories per hour!

Classes.

Beginners

Tuesdays 7-8pm

Intermediate

Tuesdays 8-9pm

Advanced

Tuesdays 9-10pm

€60 Per Term.

6 week term commitments.
